When everyone has an opinion about your child, but no one seems to understand.

When everyone has an opinion about your child, but no one seems to understand.

Maybe your child is having hour-long meltdowns, and nothing you’ve tried seems to help. You’re exhausted and wondering what you’re doing wrong.

Maybe the school has called almost every day for two weeks about your child’s behavior. You want to help, but what are you supposed to do about something happening when you aren’t even there?

Or maybe it’s the people around you. The ones who question whether ADHD is even real, insist your child needs more discipline, or remind you that their child would never get away with that.

It can leave you feeling isolated and like no one really understands what it’s like to parent your child.

The part people don't see

You’ve learned a lot about ADHD. You’re trying really hard. But ADHD parenting keeps bringing new challenges, at home and at school. Sometimes you need support for what’s happening right now.

A place to ask questions. Parents who don’t need the whole backstory because they get it. Professionals you trust.

You may not always know what to do next. But now, you’ll have somewhere to turn.

Because just like you’ve got your child’s back, we’ve got yours.

You deserve support, too.

Ready to feel supported and understood?

Here's WHAT WE WANT YOU TO KNOW

A place to connect with other parents raising kids with ADHD. A place to ask the questions that come up in real life. A place to learn from professionals you trust. And maybe most importantly, a place to feel a little less alone.

ADHD Parenting Together:
The community you've been searching for

ADHD Parenting Together is a supportive, ADHD-informed community where parents can connect, keep learning, and get practical support as new questions and challenges come up.

Connect with parents who understand the hard days, the funny moments, the questions, and the wins that feel HUGE. Ask questions, share experiences, and know it’s not just your family.

Learn from two child psychologists and a speech-language pathologist who know ADHD from both sides: decades of professional experience and life in our own ADHD homes.

Get support for the challenges that keep changing: emotions, routines, screens, school, friendships, independence, and more. Find practical ideas for what to try next.

Join us live twice each month. Dive into a high-interest ADHD parenting topic during one practical workshop. Then bring your questions to our monthly ADHD parenting Q&A and get support for what’s happening in your family right now.

Turn what you’re learning into real change at home. Each month, we’ll give you a small, realistic challenge to help you actually use the tools you’re learning, build new habits, and start seeing meaningful changes at home.

Head to the parenting topic that fits what you’re struggling with right now. Ask questions, swap ideas, and connect with other parents navigating the same challenges.

Get advice from professionals who understand and live ADHD. And parents who have been where you are.

We are Lori, Katie, & Mallory.

Dr. Lori Long and Dr. Mallory Yee are child psychologists and Katie Severson is a speech-language pathologist. We have spent decades supporting thousands of families navigating ADHD. But we're also moms; some of us raising kids with ADHD and some of us navigating it ourselves...which means we understand both the science and the real-life moments that don't make it into textbooks.

We created ADHD Parenting Together because parents deserve more than information. You deserve connection, trusted guidance, and somewhere to turn as your child grows.

Guidance You Can Trust

A Community That Gets It

Find people who get it. Connect with parents who don’t need the five-minute backstory. Share experiences, ask questions, celebrate wins, and talk honestly about the hard stuff in a community built around kindness and curiosity. Our topic-based parent support spaces make it easy to find parents navigating the same challenges you are.

Your child keeps growing. The community's support can grow with you.

Our courses give you deeper learning and tools. ADHD Parenting Together gives you ongoing connection, live learning, and practical support along the way.

Already own one of our courses, Creating Calm or Shining at School? Problem-solve as you are putting your learning into action. Don’t own a course yet? No problem, you can still join the community!

"Lori, Mallory, and Katie are kind, down-to-earth professionals and mothers whose perspective helps me feel more confident in parenting my ADHD child. As a neurotypical person myself, it is often difficult for me to understand why my child acts and struggles the way that they do. The many expert viewpoints (and just humane, thoughtful, sensitive advice from other ADHD parents) that they provide have really given me some valuable tools and perspective shifts that I needed.”

“Thoughtful and sensitive advice from other ADHD parents."

"I am always sharing with my husband (who has ADHD) what I am learning each week and it has opened up great conversations between us. When you got emotional about your own difficult season of parenting, I started crying along because we are not the only ones going throug this, but I also felt so seen and not alone. Thank you for being vulnerable about your parenting journeys as it truly feels like you all understand and are walking alongside with us instead of simply giving us parenting advice.”

“We are not the only one going through our own season of difficult parenting."
