SUMMARY
Heading back to school can bring up all the feelings (both for kids with ADHD and their grown-ups!). Maybe you feel relieved to get back to a more consistent schedule… and at the same time, you may be nervous about your child having a new teacher. One of the most challenging aspects of ADHD parenting is wondering, “how can I help my child at school when I’m not with them during the school day?”. In this episode, we are chatting about our favorite ways to communicate with your child’s teacher and educational team, so you can help your child with ADHD start the new school year on the right foot.

We are Lori, Mallory, and Katie. Lori and Mallory are child psychologists, and Katie is a speech language pathologist. Most importantly, we are moms, just like you. After working with families over a combined total of 40 years, we saw a need to provide ongoing support and education to parents raising children with ADHD.
