SUMMARY
For children with ADHD, homework is often the *last* thing they want to do after school! This is likely due to differences in their executive functioning, and parents are often left to deal with the consequences. This is a recipe for fighting, distraction, and all-over discouragement… the struggle is real for our families when it comes to homework. Kids with ADHD need a special measure of support to accomplish what is expected of them. In this episode, we discuss how homework success starts with the space you curate, and we provide some of our favorite tips!
MEET OUR TEAM
We are Lori, Mallory, and Katie. Lori and Mallory are child psychologists, and Katie is a speech language pathologist. Most importantly, we are moms, just like you. After working with families over a combined total of 40 years, we saw a need to provide ongoing support and education to parents raising children with ADHD.
